Advanced Financial Software develops a financial software application named AFS Vanguard to handle the small loan industry, and it is used by companies to manage their loan office. These companies have contact with customers.
This App integrates documents used for the team, it includes: software developments, technical support and technical people working in offices where the customers are attended.
The users of this App are registered previously in a database stored in AWS RDS Cloud Service, the data registered are first name, last name, user and password. The user of this App can change the password the first time he login in the App.
Advanced Financial Software uses this App to share documents with the team. The mobile App connects to the database, where users information is stored.
No one member of the team can register on the mobile App, first the user must be preregistered, and he will receive an invitation email to log in.
To use the mobile App, the member of the team must have their username and password.
The mobile App does not use information to send publications for marketing/promotional purposes.
